Additional information
Customs requirements for exhibition participants:
  • When importing products into Kazakhstan from Customs Union (CU) countries, items produced within the CU are exempt from customs clearance. Documents confirming the origin of the goods are required for import into Kazakhstan.
  • Non-resident participants must provide a preliminary list of items for sale at the exhibition with prices in foreign currency (RUR, USD, EUR, KZT) one month prior to the exhibition.
Non-resident companies are also subject to additional requirements for VAT and other tax documentation, such as invoices and sales contracts. These documents are subject to inspection by the tax authorities before and after the exhibition

Visa Requirements for Foreign Nationals
Foreign nationals can enter Kazakhstan with a valid passport or equivalent document, provided they have an entry visa (unless otherwise specified by international agreements). This visa regime mainly applies to citizens of non-CIS countries.

Memo on Import/Export of Goods for Exhibition within the Eurasian Economic Union
1. Import of goods
  • Goods produced in the EAEU member states are not subject to customs clearance.
  • It is recommended to have documents confirming production within the EAEU.
  • For goods originating from third countries, copies of customs clearance documents are required.
2. STN (Accompanying Waybill for Goods)
  • As of April 1, 2023, issuance of an STN is mandatory for the import/export of goods within the EAEU.
  • In case of temporary import of goods to the exhibition by a non-resident, the STN is issued by the Exhibition Organizer.
3. Service fees
  • STN issuance fee — 16,000 RUB.
  • When issuing multiple STNs, the fee of 16,000 RUB applies to each STN.
4. Documents required from the participant
No later than 10 business days before crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the participant must submit to the Organizer:
  • a list of imported/exported goods (TTN form);
  • information on the method of transportation.
TTN requirements according to the sample:
  • no more than 15 items;
  • jewelry items must be listed by name (without item numbers);
  • quantity must be indicated in grams and pieces;
  • forms must be submitted as scanned copies with signature and stamp, as well as in Excel format.
5. Sale of goods
Wholesale (under contract):
  • VAT is paid by the wholesale buyer — a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Retail (without contract):
  • Three-copy invoices provided by the Organizer are used.
  • Invoices must be completed in tenge, indicating the name, material, fineness, weight, and price.
  • Generalized descriptions (e.g., “jewelry”) are not permitted.
6. Schedule for submitting goods and transport waybill (TTN) to the Organizer for export of goods from the exhibition
  • Departure on 09.04.2026 — documents must be submitted by 12:00 on 08.04.2026.
  • Departure on 10–11.04.2026 — documents must be submitted by 12:00 one day prior to departure.
  • When exporting via a transport company — +1 business day is required for issuing the electronic invoice (ESF).
IMPORTANT!!!
Unsold goods must be exported from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
no later than April 14, 2026.
